We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic: All states withinUSA

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, and the selected shipping method. Available options include:

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Domestic Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
  • International Delivery Time: 7-12business days, depending on the destination.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

2.2 Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over$50
  • International customers may qualify for free shipping during promotional periods.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1 Standard Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business daysafter payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3.2 Delays

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons.
  • Unexpected carrier delays or natural disasters.
  • Customs clearance for international orders.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email with updates on your order status.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can also track your order by logging into your Inllwyng account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

5. International Shipping

5.2 Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver international orders promptly, please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local postal service delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Restricted Items

Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products purchased comply with local import regulations.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following:

  • O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Certain countries or regions due to logistical or legal restrictions. A full list of restricted countries is available at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

7.1 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@inllwyng.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate and provide further assistance.

7.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hoursof receiving the package.
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, the following options are available:

  • Re-Shipping: The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.

During major holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance to avoid delays.
