- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business daysafter inspection.
2.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days.
- Store Credit: If requested, we can issue refunds as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
3. Exchanges
